🌿 About Me

I’m Paola, and I’m honored you’ve chosen to spend a moment here with me.

I was born and raised in Peru, where healing has always been part of my roots. My father is a doctor, and my grandmother was a healer — two powerful influences that shaped my understanding of both traditional and intuitive medicine from a young age.

I later moved to the United States, built a life here, and am now married with three amazing children who inspire me every day. My professional journey began in nursing, working in cardiology, Pre‑Op, and PACU. I’ve spent years caring for patients in moments of vulnerability, urgency, and deep need.

It was during my nursing career that I first learned about Reiki. Something in me knew immediately that this was the missing piece — a way to support patients when conventional medicine reached its limits. That moment opened the door to a new path, one that blended my clinical experience with my innate calling to heal.

Since then, my journey has expanded into Craniosacral Therapy, Spinal Flow Technique, Kundalini‑based practices, and Somatic Energy Healing. Today, I bring these modalities together in my San Diego practice to help individuals release tension, reconnect with their bodies, and awaken their natural ability to heal.

My intention is to offer a safe, nurturing space where you feel supported, seen, and empowered on your path toward balance, clarity, and well‑being.
